contractor, I have taught general
contracting in the County Community

Hey…Don’t take my word for it.
Listen to what our customers say.
Roger B. Writes:
During a winter cold weather snap,
a pipe in our home froze and burst. My wife and I were
not aware of the broken pipe and to make matters worse we were at work when the water thawed and leaked out of the broken pipe. As you can imagine, there was a real mess when we arrived home from work.
Water was in six areas of our home with damages to the home and its contents. I called the insurance carrier filing a homeowners claim and explained what had
happened. When the staff adjuster came and surveyed the damages, she denied the claim, stating there was no coverage.
After that, I called Mike Thompson and asked what should we do? I felt that, under our policy, the damages should be covered and the insurance company should pay the claim…
But I didn’t know what to do.
Mike Thompson explained to me what is considered covered damages, in other words, what the insurance carrier should pay for and gave me
suggestions for dealing with the adjuster.
I requested that the adjuster reinspect our home. I then followed the suggestions Mike gave me, and the adjuster wrote a new estimate that covered all of the damages. The
total covered damages, to begin with, were $0.00 – according to the adjuster. Following Mike Thompson’s suggestion, our payment total was more than $24,000.00. Thank you, RB
Jan K. writes:
We had a water leak coming from the heating and air conditioning condensate drain. The resulting damages were to the living room,
dining room, bathroom, closet and heating/AC closet.
I called the insurance company, the adjuster inspected the house and said the damage total would only be $250.00 above the deductible.
Mike Thompson shared the information in this book with me, giving me some very valuable
information. This time, following his advice in dealing with the insurance adjuster, the check that was written for our homeowners’ claim was $32,000.00 for covered damages. That is $31,500.00 more than their first offer. Thanks
Case Study 3
R. S. Pastor, writes:
Our church was offered approximately $12,500.00 for damages to our building. The damages were the result of a hail
storm and some plumbing leaks in the church. The insurance company paid for the roof and an additional amount of about $2500.00 for interior damage.
I called Mike Thompson and asked what, if anything, could be done. Mike explained the process included in this book, including what steps we needed to take to be treated fairly.
To make a very long story short, our church board did as was suggested, and the insurance company paid approximately $820,000.00 for the damages. Thank you again.
Just like these individuals, you can
also benefit from the valuable
information in this book
You need to expect a level playing field…
BUT CAN YOU?
A RECENT ABC 20/20 ARTICLE SHOWED
THAT A MAJOR INSURANCE CARRIER IS
ALLEGED TO HAVE REQUIRED ENGINEERS TO WRITE THEIR REPORTS SO THAT THE
INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY AS MUCH MONEY FOR INSURANCE
DO YOU STILL THINK THEY WILL BE FAIR
As a Public Adjuster
if I were to consult with you, to settle your claim with the insurance company, I would be charging you 10% to 20% of the total settlement. As you can see from the testimonials, that can be a substantial sum of money. Many Public Adjusters earn in excess of $1,000,000.00 per year.
If I were charging $149.00 for the e-book, I think once you have read it you would agree that it would be well worth $149.00…BUT YOU WILL GET IT FOR A LOT LESS. You won’t pay $149.00, not even $79.00.
